Announcing The 2013 Black Cat Contest!

Black catIt’s the Halloween Season, and we want to celebrate by hosting our 2nd annual Black Cat Contest.

Black cats have been given a bad reputation throughout history, and as all cat lovers know, black cats are just as great as any other cat. We want to honour these black-furred felines in our 2nd annual Black Cat Contest. If you have a black cat that you want to show off, please send us your pictures!

To enter the contest, simply e-mail us a picture of your black cat to service@pawsonyourheart.com. Also include your cat’s name, a brief description of yourself, your cat, and/or the relationship that you have with your cat. 

If you don’t use Outlook Express as your default e-mail manager you may receive an error message if you try to click this e-mail link. To enter the contest you can either copy and paste our e-mail address into your e-mail client or download Windows Essentials, which will allow you to click the link above to send an e-mail.

As a special bonus for entering the 2013 Black Cat Contest, you will receive our e-book Feline Favourites: Top 10 Cat Lists, which is exclusively available to our contest entrantsEntering the contest will also register you for our sanctuary news e-mails that will provide you information about upcoming contests, updates about our sanctuary, interesting facts about cats, and other valuable information to help you care for your own cat. You can unsubscribe from these e-mails at any time.

We will be posting all of the Black Cat Photo Contest entries onto THIS PAGEYou may submit photos until October 19, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Standard Time, and the photos will be available to vote on starting on October 20, 2013 at 12:00:00 p.m Central Standard Time until October 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. We will announce the winner on November 1, 2013.
