Today’s Famous Friday is a Guest Post by Christine Walker

Today we’re going to teach you 11 ways to be unforgettable using the famous feline the Cheshire Cat as a model. It isn’t the purple and pink attire that makes the Cheshire Cat so easy to remember, it’s all in the attitude.

This famous feline plays a small role in Disney’s Alice in Wonderland, yet he is still one of the most memorable characters. Even though the Cheshire Cat only appears, or should we say appears, then disappears, then reappears in Alice and Wonderland he makes a strong impression. The Cheshire Cat may be viewed as a villainous character, but there are still good things that we can learn from him. No one can forget that grin. With all that attitude, the Cheshire Cat makes a lasting impression.

1. Smile: The world is brighter when you smile. His smile would make any dentist proud.

2. The Walk: You can saunter with attitude. Walk with confidence and everyone will see your positive attitude shine.

3. Bold Attitude: You are bold and can easily talk to anyone. You are not afraid of anything.

4. Unforgettable Voice: A slow sultry voice that could sell anything to anyone.

5.  Positive Attitude: A positive attitude goes a long way. This cool cat is never without a chuckle, or a grin.

6. Mysterious: Filled with intrigue and surprise. You never quite know where the conversation is going to go when you stop to talk to the Cheshire Cat.

7. Playful: The ability to surprise people with his curiosity and wordplay.

8. Voice: His singing keeps a captive audience. Alice just can’t turn away and even asks him to stay. His strong melodic voice is charming to any ears.

9. Helpful:  This knowledgeable cat is always polite to Alice and even offers to help her when she is in need.

10. Surprising: The Cheshire Cat is unexpected in everything. He appears out of nowhere, and catches Alice’s attention and interest. Just as quickly as he appears, he disappears, only staying upon Alice’s request. The Cheshire Cat never overstays his welcome.

11. Strong Conversationalist: Not only can he keep Alice’s interest but he can anticipate her next question. The Cheshire Cat won’t let anyone push him around.

The Cheshire Cat has some negative qualities but make sure you are remembered for your positive attitude. Even if you only talk to a stranger at a party for a few minutes, make a lasting impression by having a positive attitude. Smile, walk, sing, and talk with attitude.
